When can I get the price?
We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. If it is very urgent, please inform us in your email so that we will regard your inquiry as priority.
How long is the lead time for a mold?
It depends on the mold's size and complexity. Normally, the lead time is 25-35 days. If the molds are very simple and small in size, we can finish them within 15 days.
I have no 3D drawing, how should I start the new project?
You can provide us a sample, and we will help finish the 3D drawing design based on your physical part, including 2D/3D formats (CAD, PDF, STEP, etc.).
How do you ensure product quality before shipment?
We specialize in high-quality products. We have QC teams to inspect products before each shipment. We can also provide production process videos for your review.
Can I get a sample for checking?
Yes, sample costs and shipment costs are required. We will return the sample cost once the project proceeds to mass production.
How are the moulds and products packed?
For moulds, we apply anti-rust oil and thin film, then pack into non-fumigation wooden cases. Products are packed into standard export cartons or according to customer requests.
